It was a very good quality-price compromise, with the Assembly metro station 10 minutes walking and free shuttle from the hotel to the airport, to the Assembly.metro Station and to the general hospital near the city centre. We went without a car and we were able.to move around without problems. Breakfast was also very good.

Broken alarm clock, broken room phone and door latch is broken too. The door doesn’t close behind you, when leaving. You need to reset latch from inside of room. Just before leaving it. I’d told front desk about it. She claimed that was normal thing. Then why NOT place a sticker on doors stating that. It was annoying every time, I’d stepped out. Then more problems was noted of noise from downstairs lobby of EMT’s taking a guest away at 12:30 AM. So slept poorly, then work up late for my day. Because of a broken alarm clock in room. When called on my cellular the next day and asked for late check out to get myself ready to head out. She declared they’re be a charge for that extra request. I’d left in a hurry and was very upset how we were treated as valued customers. I’ll never return there again. DF

Saugus is not very far from Boston and is full of shopping centers and restaurants. Most hotels in the area are medium price range and rather affordable, however, they are also frequented by groups of people who are not very family oriented or family friendly.

I reserved at the Holliday Inn after they mentioned it was at Logan Airport. I was staying for one night only. I was really surprised to discover that it was not near the airport but in an area called Saugus 45min away from the airport! I asked the girl at the reception, she said may be it was a marketing thing!!!!!!!!

Did not go much anywhere, visited Square 1, Nice place for...
Did not go much anywhere, visited Square 1, Nice place for shopping. The Taxi which was booked by the Reception, the name of the driver, Michael, did not know the place and took us around and around for more than 45 minutes. We were 4 of us and we got fed up and asked him to bring us back to the Square 1 Mall. The amount was very very high. The rates were too high by these Taxi as on 14th, we booked again, we had another driver who knew the place well, but the rates seems to be very high through these drivers. Strongly recommend the Front desk to use Uber Taxis which are better though and the Guest can pay them at their destination.StephenIndia - 6.0Scored 6.0

My complaint is that it is not neard Boston Logan Airport at all. It is really quite far, and there is alot of often alot of traffic at key times. The shuttle only arrives if you call, and it can take a very long time. The staff was efficient, but it is only an average hotel and not a walkable area for restaurants. The entrance arrival area is a bit questionable and not elegant. Over all I do not recommend this hotel. There is easy access to U.S. Route 1, but also a less-congested route, using Felton Street to Essex and other points in Saugus. Highway noise is minimal. The office staff is efficient and helpful.
