The hotel is well suited for people travelling to Boston. Well priced for interim stay. We felt getting tot he hotel from the highway was a bit tricky. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The plumbing and electronics worked. The staff is courteous but make sure they are billing you correctly before leaving, we had to get some corrections done.Shahnaz - 6.0Scored 6.0

This place charged me twice for 1 night i was taking a nap and they knocked made me sign a paper that i already signed that same day with another employee he said i was not being charged twice i told him i already payed i showed him the card payment so i signed i check my card charged twice 1 in 83 and another one 80 idk if its booking or hotel fault but the employees where rudeNataliaUnited States of America - 6.0Scored 6.0

Staff were good but mostly invisible. Bed comfortable Shower hot. Location convenient for my purpose Furnishings cheap and outdated. No cover on the ice bucket? Really? Refrigerator was turned off. Bathroom functional but again, cheap and paltry. Bed Pillows were the size of throw pillows

This is a great area - very close to Worcester, which offers lots of restaurants and choices on MANY urban pursuits. Shrewsbury is rural, with country rides, nearby skiing areas, and open country. Major roads and easy access make many options possible for all interests. Consider Worcester Art Museum, Hanover Theater productions, swimming, boating - sailing or motor- and Tower Hill garden, university offerings, whether alone or with a crowd.RobertaUnited States of America
