I really enjoy the room and especially the shower. The kitchen with a fridge so that I could keep my soft drinks cold. I enjoyed the comfort of the bed. I appreciate how clean the rooms were and I enjoyed the breakfast and the kindness of the staff especially the front desk clerk. I didn't get her name. She was very helpful and they were getting ready for a Christmas party. The lobby was amazing. I found a hotel that I will continue to reserve a spot each time i come back to Spring.

    Keep in mind this is an old Hotel that is basically a place to sleep at night. The location was great....lots of shopping and eating places near. Access to major highways so it is a good place to stay. Prices were great for a 10-night stay for me.

    This was a decent looking hotel and the room was good/comfortable. It was easy enough to get to and the staff was very friendly. I was so disappointed that they had a pool, but it wasn't available to us. Also, no continental breakfast. I llok for that when I am booking, so to arrive and not have those things available was annoying. I felt cheated.

    Made last-minute reservations as we were in Chicago for a funeral. Communication regarding our reservation, which was done online, was good, and check-in was easy. The location was great for what we needed. The hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly and responsive. Having breakfast, which was good, was a real convenience. Overall, a good stay.
