I stayed one night.
I stayed one night. The room was a little run down but I expected that since most of the people that stayed there seemed to work on the oil fields. Overall it was fine for me but it is a little run down and not especially clean.

The people in Three Rivers where very friendly, except for the Atria Hotel and Suites. It promotes free breakfast, however they have only waffles, bread, apples, and very dry packaged danishes. There was no butter for the waffles or the bread. The staff also argued with us when we said that we could not sit on the room sofa as the pillows did not fit, and where too small for the sofa making it very uncomfortable to try to sit on. They argued that those seat pillows came with the sofa. It is ery obvious that they are far too small for that sofa. Also the fitted sheet was too small for the bed and continuously rolled up.

Our stay was great and the staff treated us very well, parking was good and everything else was fine with the exception of breakfast. Breakfast was none existent, we were told when we checked in that breakfast will be from 6:00 am till 9:00 am, however on first day we had to get breakfast elsewhere because it was 6:45 am and still not open, day 2 same thing, no breakfast, day 3 again no breakfast after taking to the receptionist ever afternoon about not getting breakfast we were told sometimes it’s later. Finally on day 4 our last day, we got breakfast at 6:00 as advertised. We come to three rivers for tournament fishing and we usually fill the hotels to max but I cannot recommend because we get up at 5:00 am and head out by 6:15 this is why breakfast is important. But if you are not open as advertised we cannot get at least coffee

I was charged $100 for "incidentals".
I was charged $100 for "incidentals". I've stayed in dozens of motels and typically this charge is made as 'Pending' to an account and then canceled upon check-out (as long as there were no incidentals). This motel made a 'hard' charge which remains on my account almost a week after my check-out. I feel they are attempting to rip me off!
