We spent most of our time at the wonderful and surprising Delaware Art Museum. The people of Wilmington were invariably nice and polite, we thought we were visiting Canada. Wilmington is a very walkable city.

I Love Wilmington. This was my second visit this year. The location is amazing. The park, access to stores and restaurants. The Lake in walking distance. Very convenient location to stay at. FedEx right around the corner from the hotel. Restaurant right across the street from the hotel is very nice and have a lot of choice for eating.
I got around in Lyft; it seems to be easy to get around. Anyway, I love Wilmington.

We enjoyed the amenities of thre Quoin during our brief 2 night stay. I think new potential is cropping up in downtown Wilmington and there are many parks, museums and much more to enjoy in the surrounding countryside.

I live in Wilmington and my wife and I stayed at the Doubletree just to get a night away from the kids. There are nice places to stay in Wilmington. We stayed at the Double Tree in North Wilmington because it was close to our house. But I would never recommend it to a friend. It was run down and dingy.

Wilmington is a pleasant town that is easy to navigate.
Wilmington is a pleasant town that is easy to navigate. We were able to map out our stops during the stay. The city is currently undergoing a major renovation/redevelopment initiative that when completed will be worth a visit.

I am extremely particular about the cleanliness of hotels, so I look at reviews before booking. The reviews were very positive and the room was, indeed immaculate! The decor was very up to date and crisp looking. I would definitely stay at the Hyatt again and would recommend it to friends.
This is a motel with a pool. The bed was comfy, the room clean, the shower was good and you could make your own tea and coffee. The breakfast was fairly utilitarian. What made the stay for us was Jackie, who we met on reception. She is someone we will remember for years because she was so kind, helpful and absolutely lovely. PS: visit the Delaware art museum, it’s unexpectedly really good. You can get to this hotel on the bus from town, and there are some big chain places to eat nearby, which you can easily walk to.
The location was perfect. Hotel DuPont is such and elegant hotel, lobby area downstairs was inviting, there are long hallways with nice decor.
The room was really large. Had a sofa, comfortable mattress, pillows and an amazing bathtub!!! Craig and Justin were the most accommodating, sweet and attentive staff members. They were a delight to speak to before I arrived. They clearly upgraded my room and it was so appreciated. I’m in love with the bathtub. I will definitely come back.
Arrived by car at hotel which is located in a seedy area. A notice outside offered Valet Parking but there was cno one about. I went inside and there was no one at the Front Desk. I took a glance around and decided this was not a place for an elderly couple
We don't stay in dumps.
By cell phone arranged a room at the New Castle Marriott which was fine. When did you last inspect this Hotel?
Convenient location. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was a good value for the money paid, as well. Nice lobby area, obviously recently updated. Wifi was surprisingly good - much better than most hotels I've been at. Beds were comfortable, and the furnishings inside the room were all in good shape.
Absolutely recommended this hotel who want stay in comfort.
Rooms very clean and after renovation, very cozy, parking.
Nice location, near restaurant le cavalier with very nice interior and best brunch.
Starbucks on the lobby floor, free coffee for guest hotel
As per my parents feedback, breakfast was great. I’d also like to say my interaction with the staff (Louis Nock)through email was a true definition of what customer service should be.
I’d definitely stay here when I visit Wilmington.
the staff was absolutely incredible. My granddaughters absolutely loved the cookies. They called one of the staff members “The Cookie Man” he was so nice to them and brought cookies to our room. Best hotel experience in a long time.
There was a dog barking in the other room, got no sleep and someone from front desk came in the with out a Knock or anything at 7am. Will not be staying at this hotel every. Need a refund
