Excellent staff and very helpful. We enjoyed the 3 pool areas as well. There was plenty of things to for kids. They hosted a movie night each day we were there. Visitors could view rabbits, paint ceramics for a fair price, play soft archery and even feed the fish. The property was gorgeous with a multitude of orchids, plants and water/ fish ponds. It was lovely to walk around at night too. Overall great fit for our family.

The customer service was very poor.
The customer service was very poor. On my first day the front desk clerk charged my credit card for my stay, on the second day another front desk clerk charged my credit card for almost the same amount for my stay, saying the the first charge was an error and that it would be credited back to my credit card in 5 days, after 26 days, many calls and emails, the credit has still not been made into my account. According to my bank, no authorization has been received. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I am not sure if what was done to me was intentional, especially as nothing is being done, by the hotel, to ensure that I receive the refund within the 30 days limitation.

Ho Tram , could be good if the surrounding is developed to its potential. Lots of rubbish on the beach though. Nothing to do in the immediate area. You will need transport to make the most of your visit. The area is a bit like a ghost town at the moment with lots of unfinished building projectsmcalpine - 10Scored 10

I didn't have to take flight to go Ho Tram so that I didn't have to waste hours in airport... It took 2 hours from HCMC and the way is safe as well. I was impressed the Kindness and Professionalism from all employees who know what they have to do and always take care of people around. All equipment is well prepared daily basis. Pool, Beach, Golf, Casino,,, you can enjoy...

Excellent resorts and spa hotels with all the comfort...
Excellent resorts and spa hotels with all the comfort expected for the price. Few restaurants, bars, and coffee shops are inside the resorts. Spa and massage, 2 swimming pools plus private ones if you book a villa. The staff is really amazing, sweet, available, and helpful especially Mr. Marcus (Hieu Duc) I hardly recommend this place if you looking for a peaceful and quiet area for your holidays.

+This newly opened resort is extremely clean, well designed and beautiful. The beach and the pool are very big and really beautifully designed. The staff if very friendly and helpful. The kid's club is well-equipped with toys and activities and very friendly staff. You can also borrow beach toys. The breakfast is exceptionally good and diverse! The activities I tried were good (yoga, tabata HIIT, stretching). They also have outdoor movie night. Highly recommend this resort. -No water fountain on site, no free water at lunch/dinner or at the pool. The seawater was not clear (not the hotel's fault though!). As it is quite remote, there is nothing else to do outside the resort.

The pools and facilities are nice and the beach is well maintained, however if you walk 50m in either direction you will see plastic waste and other refuse on the beach. This is not fault of the hotel; rather it's due to there being undeveloped stretches of beach on both sides of the property. The rooms were on par for the price; spacious and very clean.

I has all the things you would expect from a resort but everything is in a nice walking distance. The Pool area is nice, the breakfast was good. The beach was perfect to make beautiful sunset pictures and was clean. The villa's are huge. All the rooms are super big and the garden is nicely landscaped with a river in between with fish. I would definitely come back as it is very affordable unlike other resorts in the HO TRAM area.

We have stayed in resorts across Vietnam and overseas, but this is definitely the place we will recommend to any families. It is not the newest resort in town, but the facilities are just what we need. They have 3 swimming pools with water playground for kids, a huge outdoor playground and a well designed indoor playground. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Restaurant is a bit pricey but the food is tasty!!
