I liked the location, the staff and the airconditioning. Short walk to lake and plenty of restaurants around. Staff are friendly and helpful with beautiful warm smiles at all times. They are happy to organise anything for you.

In the old town close to the markets. The facilities are great though the rooms are a little dated and small. Very nice breakfast and very friendly staff.

The staff were extremely attentive, friendly and full of information. They attended to your needs without having to ask (example, coming in from a walk around the city on a hot day) complimentary fresh juice and a cold towel were immediately provided). Hotel was well furnished and the rooms comfortable. Location was very central and on a busy street but no noise was heard in our room whilst trying to sleep. Must have very good acoustic measures. Overall fantastic, wish we could have stayed longer but the next leg of the tour awaits.

Everything exceeded my expectations. The location, cleanliness, breakfast, support of the staff for reserving a transport to the airport, and the rooftop bar looked really amazing, even though we couldn’t enjoy due to lack of time.
