Idyllic country house, surrounded with a nice garden and plants, in the middle of a citrus farm. Great view of Etna and the Sea. Nicely decorated inner architecture, where country style and modern style is smartly combined. The house is equipped with everything you need. There are 2 terraces with tables, as well as 2 further sitting areas, where you can make yourself comfortable and enjoy the nice view to Etna, the Sea and the nature. The host was very kind and helpful and has been taken care of everything in a very pleasant way. We stayed for one week with2 kids (4 & 8 years) and really enjoyed everything. If you are looking for a nice, authentic and relaxing place in the nature, from where you can discover Etna, Taormina, Catania, Alcantara or even Siracusa, Saja Count House will be the perfect place.

We were a family of four, children are 14 and 11 years, stayed here for four nights. It is a complex of modern apartments, with self catering facilities, and also a breakfast was included on the main balcony each morning. Lovely feeling of space, surrounded by fruit gardens and trees and a view of the ocean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very quiet at night, good for sleeping. We cooked our evening meals in the apartment on the hob, this worked fine, there is also a fridge but no oven.

Beautiful family owned property with a few animals and dogs. Dogs are very well trained and friendly, and animals (horses and a donkey) are in a fenced area. It was a mix of couples and families when we visited. Parking was readily available and free, and Dino (the gentleman who checked us in and showed us around) was very friendly and helpful. We paid a bit extra to have dinner on the properly, cooked/served by the owner (Valentina) and Dino and it was well worth it. Perfect amount of delicious home made food!

The property is located at the foot of Mount Etna in the middle of fruit trees. The view is beautiful and the grounds incredibly peaceful. But the best part is the hosts! They are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. We had a fantastic stay

Apartment is part of a beautiful lava stone house placed in the middle of a forest at the foot of Etna. Garden is massive and it includes pool, BBQ and a trampoline. On one side you get a wide sea view and from the other side you can see the vulcano. Even though you'll be completely surrounded by nature, the closest town (Trecastagni) is less than 10 minutes driving and it offers everything you need (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bank, gas station, etc..). The apartment itself is very spacious and well equipped. We went in winter and the place was very well heated as well. The owner Giuseppe is a passionated Etna expert and he even wrote an illustrated book about the vulcano's hiking trails (English version available in the apartment). He gave us precious tips about where to go and at what specific time.

Beautiful location with amazing views. The hosts were excellent and they had two gorgeous pets (cat and dog) too! Claudio was very knowledgeable on the local area also. We would definitely come back for another stay in the future.
