We loved everything! Fantastic location and nature around it. Perfect location for daily trips to San Marino, San Leo, Urbino, Rimini, San Bartolo, Pesaro... The pool is also great, but it was already too cold in October. However it is beautiful just to sit there and enjoy the view. We also loved that they allow dogs, because our dog travels with us. Grazie Alessandro and Sara, you were wonderful hosts.

All of the amenities were of very good quality. Our gracious and helpful hosts provided very good service. The breakfast served was very good with a wide selection of choices, many of them local products. The property was well located for our purposes and there was lots to do in the area; Il Pignocco’s property was a welcome refuge from the bigger cities we had visited.

I was a little worried because it seems like it is in the middle of nowhere. However I was so surprised by how lovely and quaint the property and accommodations were! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our greatest surprise was the restaurant. We popped in for a quick snack & a bottle of wine between lunch and dinner and were blown away by the food. My favorite was the Sformatino di ricotta, fiori di zucca, it was excellent!!
