Beautiful setting in the Tuscan hills - quaint, clean room with comfortable bed. Close to a very good restaurant by foot and 20 min by car from Firenze yet you are completely in the countryside. The pool is clean, spacious and a great addition to cool off in the summer. AC was a definite plus in this heat as well. Good breakfast options.

The house is beautiful and the three apartments are situated such that there is pleasant privacy. We loved the bedroom on a lower level. The creek nearby brings mosquitoes along, we brought a mosquito net for the bedroom and plenty of repellent. The pool is wonderful. The drive to the property ok once we had done it once or twice. We felt wonderfully taken care of by Salvatore and his wife, we will always have fond memories of their cute parrot. It was a great vacation!

The nature and vineyards surrounding the property are wonderful. The apartments are spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The pool is delicious. The staff, specially Violetta, are wonderful people who certainly make guests feel very welcomed even before check in.

We stayed in a quiet, tiny village consisting of just several houses in the vicinity of an old church and accessible via a dirt road. The former farm structure where we slept was beautifully renovated some time ago. It's made of bricks and stone and the roof has a smart insulation consisting of successive layers of bricks and then one layer of ceramic tiles. Somehow, even in hot summers, it's comfortable inside despite having no air-conditioning. This former farm structure (the little house in the picture), situated nearly opposite the landlady's house, is split into two parts: a one-bedroomed apartment with access to a small patio; and another deluxe bedroom (roughly 25-30 square meters, bathroom included) with a parking space right in front of the entrance and possible access to a small bench and 2 deckchairs in a tiny garden at the side of the landlady's house. The two living spaces inside this structure are separated by a brick wall and an inner wooden door. We stayed in the deluxe bedroom, with an extremely comfortable, large bed, a small table and two chairs, an armchair, a mini-fridge, and lots of sockets, switches and light bulbs. The landlady and her son are very kind hosts, helping us with necessary information and suggestions. All in all, this is a genuine Tuscan countryside experience.
