OMG...The owners were so wonderful. I honestly, read the prior reviews and I was sold. It was exactly as the reviews stated. Beautiful, kind and they just made our end of our trip spectacular. Loved the balcony. Shower nice and the bikes were my favorite part. I loved riding bikes to the beach, small lunch/bar - we got sandwiches for the beach just at the end of the dirt road off to the right (IL CHIOSCO) and to the town of Sperlonga took your breath away. Once we figured out the biking path to Sperlonga, even in the dark we were set, the path is easy. Wish we had stayed longer. We were only there for 3 days. We did a small boat trip which we booked prior to our stay (I suggest doing this). Visit the Castle at night as they were open with drinks, climb to the top of the hidden city, and if you want a full beach day, just have them help you with beach reservation and try to do this the night before. Even though we did it late in the morning we still had a wonderful spot on the beach. For dinner, make sure you stop at Mari Pizzeria for dinner (make reservation the night before).

Amazing hospitality – they were very flexible regarding arrival/departure, super communicative and even gave two bikes for us to use for free during the stay. Really nice country house too, and a quiet place – a kilometre or so from the beach, and a few from the town, you really get to disconnect and enjoy!

Mother and daughter were extraordinary nice and helpful with everything we needed, gave us advice on which road to take uphill with the car. We had the swimming pool to ourselves! Rooms were clean and breakfast was great.

Such sweet and friendly hosts! The home itself is plenty large for a small family and even a dog. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals and the bed was comfortable. There is a washing machine available which is very useful if travelling with kids. Location was perfect if you have a car. Within 10-15 minutes, you're in central Gaeta, Itri or Formia. Would stay here again!

La gente que nos atendió fue espléndida! Para ellos todo lo que deseábamos era posible. El desayuno maravilloso y las cenas fuera de serie. Los propietarios Luigi y Rafael unas personas exquisitas. Recomiendo esta “tenuta” a quien quiera descansar y sentirse como en casa.
