Not very crowded location so in case you do not want to stay in the middle of the crowd in Garmisch-Partenkirchen but still be close then this is nice place to come in with a family.

The Apt has everything you need in it, the kitchen is very well equipped, as well as the room and the living room! The house is abut 10min away from the center and has a really nice view from it to the village and the mountains. We had issues with the icy road to park and the hosts, Danny and Toby were amazing and managed the situation with us very well and quickly! They have a laundry that can be used and some sleigh. It is perfect!

The deck has a large table and it is lovely to sit outside and enjoy the view. She even provides cushions and blankets for chilly evenings. One thing to be aware of, the bed share a common door, so you have to go through one to get out. Not a problem for us, but something you might need to consider.
