Set within 27 km of Tatihou Fort and 33 km of German War Cimetery in Audouville-la-Hubert, Manoir de Pierreville provides accommodation with seating area. This is truly an exceptional place. You sleep in and barn from the 1700’s that has been renovated so beautifully you’d never know it once was used for wood and animal storage. The owner, Remmy is such a kind and welcoming host. He made us feel so welcome and comfortable, even when we arrived quite late. Oh and the breakfast! The breakfast is one of the best breakfast’s I’ve ever experienced… breads fresh from the bakery around the corner, cheese and butter from the local dairy farm, homemade jam from Remmy’s own wife… amazing! The whole experience was simply amazing.

Located in Turqueville, only 5 km from the historical city of Sainte-Mère-Eglise, this B&B is set in an 18th-century chateau-style manorhouse surrounded by several gardens. Matthew and Laure were communicative hosts, very welcoming, with great breakfasts in a lovely dining room, Turqueville is a lovely quiet town and close to all the D DAY landings. The decor was superb, extra details such as a fan and a makeup mirror and the most comfortable bed made our stay wonderful. We were sorry we hadn’t booked longer and we would love to come back. Our best accomodation so far in our France Travels and great value for money.

Le Manoir de Juganville is a 16th-century property with a garden located in Lower Normandy, on the east side of the Cotentin Peninsula and just a 5-minute drive from the sea front, Utah Beach and... Breakfast was exceptional and such a great choice and variety. The location of the Manoir is lovely and peaceful.

This 16th-century manor house is located in Normandy, a 20-minute drive from Cherbourg-Octeville and the sea. It is set in a landscaped garden and offers free WiFi access. Breakfast grand. Beautiful gardens. A bit if a walk to go for dinner.

Jolie maison à la campagne « Chez Germaine », a property with a garden, is situated in Digosville, 21 km from Tatihou Fort, 43 km from Marais du Cotentin et du Bessin Natural Regional Park, as well as... Thomas gave us a great welcome. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location is beautiful with a view of the canal, where we went walking. The town is nearby and has plenty of places to eat. Breakfast was excellent - plentiful, varied and tasty.

Set in Neuville-au-Plain, in a historic building, 26 km from Tatihou Fort, Château de Grandval is a recently renovated bed and breakfast with a garden and shared lounge. There aren’t enough stars I can give or great things I can say about this place and the people running it. Our stay far exceeded our expectations. My brother and I came to that area of Normandy to learn more about where our grandfather landed by parachute on D-Day. Our host, Francine, could not only share with us a wealth of information, but she truly enjoyed doing so. She was friendly and accommodating and made us feel at home. Our overnight trip in Normandy was magical thanks to her and her home. We are forever grateful!

Offering a garden and garden view, Plantation de poivre- La Petite Rivière is situated in Saint-Maurice-en-Cotentin, 36 km from La Cite de la Mer and 45 km from Tatihou Fort. Stylish accommodation in the French countryside. Photos don’t do it justice! Plenty of space for our family of 5 and equipped with everything we needed. Games and outdoor play area for the children. Thoughtful hosts. We’d love to stay again.

Offering a garden and garden view, Gîte Manulau is set in Turqueville, 33 km from German War Cimetery and 41 km from Pointe du Hoc D-Day. Whole cottage for ourselves, beautiful quiet spot away from the crowds, but close to the sights. Charming and rustic on the outside, beautifully modern and comfortable on the inside. Delphine was a fantastic host. I highly recommend this location.
