It was tranquil and relaxing spending time in this beautiful garden. The room was so big that it felt like a small appartement, with a secluded terrace where we had the most beautiful views. We enjoyed it completely and wheee close to the beaches and restaurants though it was quiet and peaceful at the hotel.

We loved the friendly welcome , all of the staff here are super nice and very helpful. Basic room with nice veranda, very private, in an amazing location, sea view and the best beach bar , peaceful setting on a quiet stretch of beach, we loved it here one of the best on our travels , don’t be put off by the bridge it is safe to cross no problem!

This was one of our favourite stays whilst in Sri Lanka. Room was spacious and super clean with the best shower. Staff were helpful and friendly, had an amazing breakfast each day, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely peaceful unspoilt location. Short walk to a beautiful quiet beach with a rock pool area for swimming. Couple of beach bars for a sun lounger, drinks and seafood. Lagoon across the way with lots of birds and short walk to the turtle sanctuary in the evening where we saw turtles laying eggs.

Quiet, peaceful, spacious, with AC. The owner is very friendly and comitted to make his guests feel comfortable.

What a gem of a place. Unbeatable views from the room, quiet, peaceful and fully relaxing. Staff is really helpful and friendly. Chef cooked up some serious dishes that were really delicious and of course - they make pizza! Room is so cozy, both the bathroom and the room had perfect natural lightning. Bed is comfy and big. If you are looking for a tranquil place to stay with views that will blow your mind - look no further and book this place, now.

A lovely, helpful family host this new homestay. Great location only 2 mins walk to the wonderful Mawella beach. Our room was large and well equipped with air-conditioning, fan and mosquito net. There is a small private patio area outside the room and a larger shared terrace with a comfy sofa. Wonderful breakfasts made freshly each morning. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Highly recommended. Thank you so much for making us feel at home.

The place was very quiet and peaceful, the host was very sweet and helpful with anything I needed to help with. There was a net over the bed so no bothering by mosquitos! The breakfast was amazing, I really recommend this place to anyone who is going to Tangalle.
