Our stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The location couldn’t be better - it's just a 10-minute walk from Republic Square and the Cascade Complex, right in the heart of Yerevan. Plenty of shops and restaurants are 1-2 minutes away, making everything super convenient. Although the rooms are not big, they’re incredibly well thought out. They include everything you might need - from essential amenities and bath products to those tiny, useful items you don’t usually think about but end up needing. The staff put a lot of care into ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. The room itself was clean, cozy, and nicely arranged. We were even welcomed with some sweet treats and free bottles of water, which was such a kind gesture. But what made the stay special were the people. The staff were fantastic - always ready to help, whether it was giving directions, helping us arrange transport, or just being there whenever we needed something. Even after check-out, they let us store our luggage (and our friends' luggage too) in their luggage room since we had a very late flight. If you're visiting Yerevan, this hotel is a perfect choice. If we come back to Armenia, we won’t think twice about staying here again.

The food is amazing especially the breakfast included is superb and generously offered. The staff are all helpful and polite. The overall experience is great. I think this is the best hotel stay I've had in Yerevan.

Everything was amazing, the location is central walking distance from everything you need, christmas market just in front of the hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful!

Located in the city center of Yerevan, Spa Hotel Grace Forum is less than a 10-minute walk from most of the major sights and attractions, Forum features an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a hammam, and... We arrived at 4 am because of flight issues and were greeted by Edward who was a superstar, nothing was too much and he always wanted to help. The spa especially the hammam was great fun and something a bit different. Food and drink was good value and very nice. We had a suite which was very spacious.
