The whole concept of a small hotel on a non centric location is by focusing on many important details to make our stay pleasant - parking, overall cozines, breakfast [ unfortunately we were in a hurry to benefit ], gym, garden and nice customer service.

Hotel is fully automated, check-in is done in front of the entrance, on a screen where you insert the reservation number and scan your document. Sounds complicated, but it is very easy, really. Machine gives you the key card, there is even an option for two cards. All the building looks very modern, as well as the rooms. It's not a standard boring hotel. Everything is pleasantly colourful. The rooms are not large, but big enough. We loved toilet separated from bathroom. Enough towels and toiletries. Breakfast had really great choice of food, there is huge selection of different bread types. There was really kind and helpful lady taking care that you had all at all times. We haven't actually seen any other staff, but we didn't need them. A little information needed was resolved very quickly by the phone. Plenty of parking, there is mini market Spar in the same building, vending machine at night and you can even wash your car. Definitely recommended!

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well kept. Everything felt fresh and well organized. Overall, a very cool hotel with excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!

Directly on the water with walking trails, marinas, wildlife and a beautiful bathhouse. The front desk staff was warm, exceptional thoughtful and helpful. Parking was close and easy. Rooms were modern, clean, filled with light, and comfortable. The best pillow of our travels in Europe. Breakfast options were abundant and delicious. Try a hot chocolate or elderflower juice and enjoy your stay!
