The Merchant Baku features a fitness center, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Baku. This 4-star hotel offers luggage storage space. It was an excellent experience at this hotel... I renewed my stay for another 2 days... Here you have to give the receptionist his due.. The person is called Jaafar, he is a very well-mannered, polite and extremely cooperative person who overcomes all difficulties. Thank you Jaafar... The sugar also goes to his colleagues at the hotel reception, they were kind and cooperative. As for the hotel, its location is excellent, close to the sea promenade, the restaurant, and the squares. I highly recommend it.

Located in Baku and with Freedom Square reachable within a 9-minute walk, InterContinental Baku by IHG provides concierge services, allergy-free rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. Everything was amazing. Location is phenomenal, walking distance from most places of interest. Metro station just across the street. Staff are very professional and helpful. Room cleaning was also at a great level. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Breakfast overall was very nice. Our room had a nice view of the flame towers in the distance.

One of our best stay, lovely resort with amazing natural views and quiet stay. Room is modern, comfortable and clean. Everyone was smiling, friendly and tried to help us noting that most of them don’t speak English. Mr. Jufar, Mr. Ruskan and Mr. Orkhan were knowledgeable, willing to help, extremely helpful and very generous ♥️ We spend a full day on Spa it was an amazing experience. Restaurants are all great. Breakfast was treat with good range of dishes. Additionally they managed an activities every night for kids and adults. Resort includes a video game area, kids areas (indoor and outdoor) as well as bowling, Pool and hot springs. Pool is little bit small compared to resort size but clean. Thanks for everyone for the lovely stay.
