Everything was great from the staff assisting with anything I needed to the rooms. I was on the lake Titicaca level and the theme was beautiful. The room was so comfortable and stylish. Breakfast was so generous and so many options. Highly recommended

Our room was spacious, modern and clean with a beautiful view over the city to the mountains. There was a good choice at breakfast and complimentary tea and coffee all day. The hotel is close to restaurants and not too far from the green line teleferico.

Absolutely beautiful property in the heart of Potosi. The lobby and common areas are so clean and pretty. The room was incredible with extremely comfortable beds with soft bedding. Large armchair in the room and table as well. Great shower with amazing pressure and hot water. Breakfast buffet was excellent and varied from day to day. Quiet for a good sleep and close to the main plaza. A real highlight of our time in South America.
