The staff, rooms and facilities are excellent. The breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast we have ever had! The location is a bit away from the city centre but it mad for a quiet stay and an excuse to ride the cable cars! Plus a taxi in was about €3-4

Everything was great from the staff assisting with anything I needed to the rooms. I was on the lake Titicaca level and the theme was beautiful. The room was so comfortable and stylish. Breakfast was so generous and so many options. Highly recommended
