This place is an absolute gem from the quality of the staff, adherence to the historical character of the building and the finishes and traditional touches throughout. A special shout out to the amazing and always smiling staff, in particular Ivonne and front desk personnel. The breakfast and all meals were fantastic. Best place we stayed in all of Chile to date. If you have the opportunity to be in this area, be sure to choose Casa Werner.

Spacious rooms with a nice view, nice staff, attention to details everywhere. One of the best stays in my life. They even have binoculars!

Hotel Vendaval features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Puerto Natales. Place was amazing! Very well located in the centee of Puerto Natales. Breakfast was good too and room/beds comfy. Highly recommend this place
