Great included night walk to see the frogs. Big and convenient apartment. Nice pool. Super friendly staff that even prepared a very tasty breakfast for us at 5am.

Discover the charm of Hotel Secreto La Fortuna, a quiet retreat in the heart of Fortuna, Costa Rica. It is right in the town so we walked everywhere. There are two sloths in a tree right in the hotel which was pretty cool. The pool was very nice and it was convenient to have the breakfast included

Centrally located in Puerto Viejo de Talamanca town center and just a 3-minute walk from Salsa Brava Beach, Hotel Indalo adults only features an extensive garden, sun terrace and free Wi-Fi. Very calm: next to the jungle and close to the center. Facilities were super clean and comfortable, very nice bed Free fill of water bottles.

Excellent service, property, facilities, food, and experience overall. Everyone made sure we felt welcome every step of the way and were even able to accommodate our dietary restrictions. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. The pictures don’t do it justice (the rooms are actually nicer than depicted on some of the photos!). They made our stay extra special by bringing treats to celebrate my mom’s birthday and Mother’s Day. We so much appreciate all the kindness and these sweet little gestures.

Located on the banks of River Baru, Hotel Villas Río Mar is also within a walking distance of 2953 feet from the Village of Dominical. Amazing property with lots of wildlife without even having to leave the hotel grounds. Restaurant was really good and the included breakfast was amazing.

Located in Uvita, 8.1 miles from Alturas Wildlife Sanctuary, Ballena Rey Hotel has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! Although there was a power outage in the city for about 2 hours during our stay, the staff handled the situation incredibly well, reassuring us that it was a common occurrence. The team was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The rooms were well-equipped, including a small kitchenette, and very spacious. The pool was a perfect way to cool down, and there’s parking conveniently located right in front of the hotel. The beach is just a 10-minute drive away, making it an ideal location for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was excellent, and we also had the option to purchase dinner, which was a great addition. Highly recommended!

Offering outdoor pool and a hot tub, Hotel Roca Negra Del Arenal is located in the suburbs of Fortuna. Free Wi-Fi access is available. La Roca Negra is like staying in paradise! The wildlife is amazing, particularly the birds. I saw dozens of species, just walking around, including many humming birds, tanegers, and a white hawk. I also spotted a family of agouti. When the weather clears there is also a view of the volcano.
