The staff were very friendly. They provided very soft and comfortable quilts, which are much better than hotels that only offer sheets. The bed was moderately firm and did not cause any back pain, allowing me to sleep very well. There was a safe in the room, which made me feel secure leaving my belongings inside when I went out. The trash bin was large enough — I had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on for five consecutive days and had no issues at all.

I'M Room Suites Nuevos Ministerios - Bernabeu 'Digital Access' se nachází na ideálním místě ve čtvrti Tetuan v destinaci Madrid. The location was excellent, very close to Cuatro Caminos, with great restaurants within just "spit range", I would say almost literally. The attention of our host, Gonzalo, was always timely and supportive. The room is new, very clean and comfortable, with AC and fan, TV, and there is a large isle as a kitchen, shared across all rooms including all appliances.
