Cleanliness, cozyness of rooms is what I have never felt before. Very quiet despite being in the city center, staff is always friendly, breakfast was so delicious we even dined in in the evening. Every corner of this hotel is beautifully styled you want to take pictures everywhere. I will be recommending this hotel to everyone heading to Tbilisi

The staff is exceptionally kind, every day the rooms were cleaned, tea, coffee, water, sugar were put. The car was parked in the inner courtyard of the hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Tbilisi.
