Everything,the stuff,they upgraded our room, looked for my free gluten bread all over the city, nice and helpful.

Cleanliness, cozyness of rooms is what I have never felt before. Very quiet despite being in the city center, staff is always friendly, breakfast was so delicious we even dined in in the evening. Every corner of this hotel is beautifully styled you want to take pictures everywhere. I will be recommending this hotel to everyone heading to Tbilisi
