Lets begin with the kindness of the staff, unmatched unbelivable. they made me feel safe and so that i did not lack for anything. beggning with Yousif whom always helped me with everything, the pool jucuzzi the hamam he made sure all was working, I ordered outside food and he brought it to me. it was awesome! Then there was the kindest girl in the recpetion whom also made sure i was well taken cared for and i meant allot. I am not from the area and as a tourist it felt really good and safe.

Dealing with Mr. Sanyar the manager was very accommodating which is why we decided to book with titanic again and stay with them a second time! Our family of 4 enjoyed the swimming pools, sauna, steam room and Turkish hamam! All the pool staff are so nice ! Can’t forget my unforgettable massages ( as a therapist myself) I have to say Charita is phenomenal and professional at Thai massages I also had a second massage with Rica which was nothing short of amazing as well! Highly recommend staying at the Titanic Spa Suly! 10/10
