I had the most wonderful stay thanks to Heng, who could not do enough for his guests. On arrival, he went with me to buy a SIM card and gave a quick tour of the city, advising on places to eat and useful shops. He also helped plan itineraries for day trips and arranged a tuk tuk driver to get to places. I was greeted by cold towels and fruit smoothies after a tiring day of sightseeing, which were very welcome. My room was incredibly spacious and clean with a large en-suite wet room and the bed was very comfortable. There's also a plunge pool for guests but I had no time to use it. The hotel is well located, in the centre of Siem Reap but very peaceful as it's set off the street, behind a temple. Cambodia is wonderful and I would stay here again.

Our special thanks to the People by the Comunity staff. Everyone of them, without an exception, is helpful, kind and full of smile. They even upgraded our room before we came. We felt so welcomed like we were in our own house! Facilities, atmosphere, cleannes and food are 10 out of 10. They help you rent bikes or motorbikes if you need. Also there are always tuktuks available right outside. We wish all the best to People by the Community family. We will definitely stay here when we visit Siem Reap again in the future.

Bliss hotel is superb. They have everything on site - nice rooms, pool, massage, restaurant (good food and good value for money). Location is 10-15 min relaxed walk to Pub street, we felt it was quite safe to walk, even at night. Very quiet and secluded, nothing disturbs your sleep. The team does everything to make each guest feel happy. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff. They were incredible. From the beginning to the end, they were just amazing and so attentive. Incredibly friendly and so nice. Truly amazing service. You feel so welcome and that they’re happy to host you and that they want to provide you the best service they can. The bed was sooo comfortable. I slept so well. They also have bikes so I biked around town. It was amazing. They gave me great recommendations for restaurants nearby. Just amazing experience !

The staff here is amazingly friendly and helpful. Transport to and from this location was seemless to arrange and very reliable. The food is fantastic as well, and very reasonably priced.

amazing staff, this property is just great. the room were big and spacious fit with all the basic amentites that you would need, bed were comfy and bathroom were clean as well as the room. the pool were nice to go and rest there. will come again when get the chance.

We stayed for four nights and we loved quietness, nice environment, private pool and very helpful staff of this hotel. We also used additional services - three days Angkor Wat tour with hotels driver (best wishes to Bu Na!) and foot massage. Transport from bungalows to the Pub Street with tuk tuk starting 5pm is free of charge (3-5 min drive). Way from the city costs 2 USD.

It's over my expectation. The room was really comfortable with nice facility. The pool was really huge with nice cocktail and food. The staff really helpful ,kindness and friendly. I reall highly recommend for this hotel.
