The service was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool area was very nice and the water kept very clean. Breakfast was good. It was really just a fantastic experience all around. I especially liked that there were tuktuks available outside the hotel for us to take. It was convenient and we always knew we were getting quoted a fair price because the drivers work for the hotel. In fact, the tuktuk rides to bar Street were free, and we only had to pay our way back. A really nice set up!

Everything is perfect here. The staff is always there to help with a smile and kindness. The place is so beautiful and peaceful. The pool has the perfect temperature. Food is great. The room is so big and clean. Bathroom with all the amenities, clean and the bathtub 10/10. I really loved this place and the staff. I will stay here every time.

Located in Siem Reap, a 13-minute walk from King's Road Angkor, The Jungle provides accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. I could not recommend The Jungle enough! I am a 22 year old girl travelling by myself and for the whole duration of my stay (2 days) I was made to feel very welcome and safe. To begin, I was met on arrival with a cold towel, fresh fruit and a local drink which, in the Cambodian heat, was very welcomed. I was then led to my room which was big, comfortable and clean with my own private balcony over looking the pool area. The Jungle 'theme' was what made it for me. Down to the interior design of the room, this place really lived up to its name with a special mention going to the pool and restaurant area which really made me feel like I was actually in a jungle. Considering how central it is (literally a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Siem Reap) and being only 20 minutes away from Angkor Wat, this place was so tranquil and the perfect location for people wanting a relaxing vacation as well as those wanting to experience more of the nightlife. I would like to give Mr Chea (one of their drivers) a special mention for making my tour of Angkor Wat and the other temples so easy and for paying attention to the finer details of the trip. For example, as the tour meant visiting 4+ temples in the space of 4-5 hours, Mr Chea was always waiting for me once I exited the temples, told me to take my time and was very clear with his instructions. More importantly, after I returned from every temple, he met me with a cold towel and cold bottle of water. I cannot stress enough how much this helped me given how it was 34 degrees and I was spending 90% of my time walking around the temples in the sun and sweating beyond compare. Once I returned from the tour to the hotel, even though I had already checked out, the hotel gave me another cold towel and allowed me to shower and freshen up before heading to the airport for my flight home. It is these details that separate this hotel from others and what made my stay with them so memorable! I will definitely be back!
