The service is very good, and the location is great—close to “Little France,” where you can see the miniature Eiffel Tower and the statue of Charles de Gaulle. It’s a pleasant area to walk around.

The staff at the reception was so friendly and helpful they asked the Chef in the kitchen to make pancakes for my daughter (just for her) although it was not on the menu, because we arrived late for breakfast and she was sad she missed the pancakes! They also ordered taxi for us to and from hotel because our phone was not functional outside of the hotel! Highly recommend!

Perfect for business trips in Astana, very nice facilities and helpful staff - even with things you may need after the visit!

We had to leave at 4am to catch the early flight, the staff was kind enough to prepare breakfast boxes for us to take away.
