Butler service team accommodated every request on timely manner. Restaurant and bar service was wonderful, personable and prompt as well. We enjoyed our extremely large, quiet and well-decorated suit and amenities.

The reception team was very attentive and helpful. The rooms offered an excellent environment for rest — the design, furniture, and overall layout were of a high standard. The breakfast was also rich and plentiful with a full open buffet.

It is not a buffet but a selection of varied and tasty fresh made savory and sweet creations. The spa facilities are great and Saltanat is a massage expert. Cannot say anything but please do not miss the Veil and its three delicious restaurants each offering a different ambiance with equally superb cuisines.

Located centrally in Astana right next to Abu Dhabi Plaza, within walking distance to Bayterek Monument and Botanical garden, not far from major sports stadiums, Sheraton Astana Hotel provides... We stayed one night on our trip to another city. Staff at the hotel was extremely friendly, pleasant, and impeccably polite. Our room was spacious, modern and clean, with a large and comfortable bed. I highly recommend staying here.

Excellent location, comfortable room with soft mattress, excellent breakfast, reception staff very polite and attended, especially Mrs Yasswyia,big balcony with view to the Flying Theatre. A big bonus the free entrance to Flying Theatre for this great experience!

I’m in love with the view, balcony, surrounding, everything was amazing. Definitely worth to stay, I will come back, felt different, especially for birthday hotel staff brought a cake, it was so cute🥰 It also has amazing restaurants near to lake with stunning views, nature.
