The staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional and the service was very attentive. I was offered an upgrade which was a great gesture and the breakfast was very tasty. The sleeping quality was excellent and the room temperature was perfect.

The rooms offered an excellent environment for rest — the design, furniture, and overall layout were of a high standard. The breakfast was also rich and plentiful with a full open buffet.

The St. Regis Astana is located on the banks of the Ishim River in the heart of Central Park in Kazakhstan's capital. Bayterek Tower, Independence Square and Astana Opera are a 15-minute drive away. All of the employeers were so kind, smily, warm and helpfull. Rooms are very good, clean and nice designed. All details thought by profesissional designers. It was most comfortable hotel in my life.
