The staff at the reception was so friendly and helpful they asked the Chef in the kitchen to make pancakes for my daughter (just for her) although it was not on the menu, because we arrived late for breakfast and she was sad she missed the pancakes! They also ordered taxi for us to and from hotel because our phone was not functional outside of the hotel! Highly recommend!

Very nice hotel for a business or private stay. Close to the airport. Nice staff. All clean and tidy. Quiet. The restaurant is amazing, it worth it to have breakfast or dinner there.

The rooms IS so spacious and comfortable. The spa and thé fitness room are excellent. Breakfast is delicious. The staff is very professional and helps you to make your stay the best possible. Amazing building, fantastic staff, so comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The localisation is perfect to enjoy calm and Astana's skyline. The breakfast is absolutely delicious. It is not a buffet but a selection of varied and tasty fresh made savory and sweet creations. The spa facilities are great and Saltanat is a massage expert. Cannot say anything but please do not miss the Veil and its three delicious restaurants each offering a different ambiance with equally superb cuisines.

The St. Regis Astana is located on the banks of the Ishim River in the heart of Central Park in Kazakhstan's capital. Bayterek Tower, Independence Square and Astana Opera are a 15-minute drive away. Incredible stay. The staff is the most professional I have ever experienced.

Located centrally in Astana right next to Abu Dhabi Plaza, within walking distance to Bayterek Monument and Botanical garden, not far from major sports stadiums, Sheraton Astana Hotel provides... We stayed one night on our trip to another city. Staff at the hotel was extremely friendly, pleasant, and impeccably polite. Our room was spacious, modern and clean, with a large and comfortable bed. I highly recommend staying here.

Aidana Plaza Hotel in Shymkent has 4-star accommodations with a bar. Must need to add the Dates and Fresh juice in breakfast on a daily basis.
