Aidana Plaza Hotel in Shymkent has 4-star accommodations with a bar. Very high quality hotel, staff is friendly, speaks good english. I stayed one night only, but I am 100% satisfied.

Service phenomenal (both at the front desk and in the restaurant). Impeccable cleanliness. I will definitely return here someday.

The St. Regis Astana is located on the banks of the Ishim River in the heart of Central Park in Kazakhstan's capital. Bayterek Tower, Independence Square and Astana Opera are a 15-minute drive away. The staff at the St. Regis Astana is, without a doubt, in a league of their own. So very helpful and genuinely caring. We had requested a quiet room, they provided and I have rarely slept as well as I did. They had also customized the room with, among other things, a huge balloon with a map of all the places we had visited (based on information I had provided prior to arriving) which was a wonderful surprise. I had made a mistake in my booking (I booked a night too many) but staff made sure we weren’t charged for it. The food and service at breakfast is also extremely good and we usually didn’t feel like eating again for the rest of the day! We also enjoyed the service in the bar where we had excellent cocktails. We stayed in a suite, which was very large and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable sitting area and a large bathroom. The soft bed was wonderful after experiencing the hard beds in Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. The temperature inside was comfortable, with quiet climate control. The property is located close to a park and an outside museum, with all the main attractions within 15 – 20 minutes of driving. Honestly, we would have liked to stay for many more nights and we would love to come back again.

We had a very comfortable experience and felt truly relaxed as a family. The reception team was very attentive and helpful. The rooms offered an excellent environment for rest — the design, furniture, and overall layout were of a high standard. The breakfast was also rich and plentiful with a full open buffet.

Located in Astana, 1.9 miles from Bayterek Monument, The Veil Hotel has accommodations with a restaurant, free private parking, a bar and a spa & wellness center. The hotel is really fascinating (like the name and the shape of it) the rooms are very big, clean, comfortable especially the bed and the bedlinen 👌 you have everything in the room: water, cafe, tea, some welcome chocolate. The breakfast is absolute superb: you can choose a'la carte from a wide range of foods and each of them are very delciousous - hard to choose. There is 3 different restaurant: we tried all of them and were very satisfied: steak, italian and asian. The spa is really good.

Friendly and helpfull staff, clean and modern rooms, excellent breakfast...can't find a single bad thing to say. Highly recommended!!

Located centrally in Astana right next to Abu Dhabi Plaza, within walking distance to Bayterek Monument and Botanical garden, not far from major sports stadiums, Sheraton Astana Hotel provides... The breakfast was very tasty and made it possible to make healthy choices. (I'm talking about dining in the Club) The Club also had very nice staff - Marina, Olzas, Jekaterina and Ainu The location of the hotel is very good - in the center.

Located 2297 feet from Almaty city center, Resident City Hotel features accommodations with a restaurant, free private parking, a fitness center and a bar. Travelling a lot and sleeping in many hotels gives you a sense of idea what to expect and what to look for - but wauw this hotel was surpassing all my expectations. The staff at the reception were extremely nice, friendly and truly cute! They could not be more cooperative and helpful. The location is thé best. Showers are powerful and something to look forward to every day. The beds are perfect. And the breakfast is very yummy and diverse. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
