Located in Vang Vieng, a 4-minute walk from Post Office, Win Hotel provides accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Everything was great, the breakfast was good with fresh fruit/coffee eggs juices noodles and so much more. The pool is super well kept and super super clean you won’t second guess to go inside. The rooms are spacious and have the most wonderful balcony overlooking the mountains and even the air balloons. Washroom was well equipped even with hairdryer and tv had all the streaming services. The location was absolutely fantastic right at the main road 5mins top to any spot and right across the street from the night market. I would definitely stay here only in my next stay! The property is not new but you can notice the little uplifts and upgrades they do little by little to make the space more comfortable and that’s great to see. They even helped me book my train ticket and day tours!

From the receptionist to the waiters, everyone is extremely friendly, polite and always willing to help. I arrived earlier than the check-in time, and they were still happy to arrange a room quickly. Once the air conditioning in the room was a bit weak, the staff immediately changed the room without any trouble. Every morning, they always greet me with a friendly smile, making me feel right at home. The service attitude is beyond expectations for a mid-range hotel — very professional, but still warm and friendly. This is the biggest plus that makes me want to come back here!”
