The staff went out of its way to meet my requests and needs; most notably the front desk lady who arranged for my one day wonderful trip through the park and the Monholian steppe, and the restaurant chef, Arun, who prepared for my excellent vegetarian dishes. Located at the prime location and right next to Chinggis Square and the government house, H9 Hotel Nine Ulaanbaatar offers business class accommodations to travelers. Everything was just great! The location was perfect. The traffic jam in the city is terrible, that's why the central location of the hotel is quite convenient. The Westen restaurant was cozy and the food not bad. The breakfast was wonderful and the ladies there were vey helpful.

This is the oldest 5 star hotel in Mongolia, historic venue beautifully renovated. Reception staff, house keeping staff and restaurant staff are all welcoming and very professional. Reception staff helped us book taxi to visit the city and go to the airport. The room as clean and comfortable. Totally recommended their Landmark Restaurant at the 1st floor. Main touristic locations can be reached by taxi whereas the city's square is just a 5min walk from the hotel.
