Nüwa is part of the City of Dreams in Macau's Cotai Strip, a large holiday complex with a casino and a large shopping arcade. Personalized, attentive service from all the staff from the moment we stepped into the reception until we checked out to head back to HK. Staff were always ready to answer questions, help us out figure out our itinerary, call taxis for us, carry our bags. Before we slept, Arvin made sure that our beds and room, down to tiny details were perfect and smelling oh so good! Joseph and Rose were always ready to answer our questions and were proactive in meeting our needs. Leo, Daniel and Joseph made sure the hotel felt like home to us by greeting us with ready smiles and bidding us goodbye before we left. This is a hotel that will definitely feel like home to me and my family!
