The staff were incredible, friendly and helpful and constantly full of happiness, nothing was too much trouble. There are lots of attention to detail as well, free snacks in your room, little notes on the desk, free Christmas Eve buffet, free kiting, all you need in terms of booking tours and scooters. Live entertainment on select evenings too. Free drink voucher on arrival at the bar.

Nestled in the very heart of Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle and just steps away from the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC, The RuMa means home in its literal sense. We liked the view of the twin towers it was nice waking up to such a beautiful view. Everything was just within close proximity.We definitely will be visiting again.

Glad to have chosen this hotel instead of all the 5 star big chains hotel. Location is convenient. The service by the staff was top-notch too! From the receptionist to the kitchen staff.
