The charming Karma Hotel Nepal offers homely accommodations with private bathrooms in Kathmandu. This was the first place I stayed at in Nepal and I feel like I got very lucky !! Perfect location, free airport pick-up, great complimentary breakfast and the room was clean and comfortable. The owner and his staff were super friendly and helpful and it was an absolute bargain as I arrived in the low season so the prices were very low. It's pretty cold this time of year but the heating in the room kept it toasty 24/7 !! Honestly, the only problem I can see is that all other hotels in Nepal are probably going to be a disappointment in comparison :-/
