Starting from how Abdullah at the reception helped me all the way from Madina directing me from Whatspp and making sure that my accommodation was secured to the last day I was departing the hotel back home, all was a beautiful experience to the glory of ALLAH Azzawajal. In fact when I got to the Hotel, it was awesome service A to Z maa shaa ALLAH. I loved the free Shuttle to Haram and the quality and professional services rendered by everyone of the staff at Al Nood. The staff members exhibited exceptional customer service skills and treated me like family. I have recommended Al Nood to all my family and friends. I will love to come back there over and over again. What a lovely experience! I will give them 5 star any day any time.

One of the best hotel I've ever stayed so far! You feel the ambience from the moment you enter the hotel, with very nice flourish air/perfume, bright entrance, very welcoming hotel stuff. Huge guest rooms, with all facilities in starting from coffee, tea, premium water, fruits. Everyone and all is welcoming in this hotel, even the washrooms ) Breakfast was amazing, with lots and lots and lots of varieties. Hotel location just in the middle of everything - shopping, restaurants. Will highly recommend and definitely will stay there again when in Riyadh

The staff is always present to refill the dishes and help children and elderly. Rooms are also very spacious and comfortable, amenities are being refilled at every room service request. All in all it's worth spending every penny.

Attractively set in the center of Medina, Maien Taiba is within a 9-minute walk of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi and 2.6 miles of Quba Mosque. Very comfortable, clean, and spacious room. Staff are excellent in their response and professional in their work. Very close to the mosque for both men and women sections. The facilities in the room are amazing. The restaurant and breakfast are very nice.
