The historic Margretetorps Gästgifvaregård is located by Hallandsåsen mountain ridge, a 10-minute drive from Ängelholm city center. The grounds and hotel are a lovely mix of charming and contemporary but in keeping with the original buildings. I have never seen a hotel room with such attention to detail… hooks… robes… lighting etc. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and if I lived here would order one. This hotel was one of our favourite places during our 2 weeks in Sweden. Would absolutely stay here again!

I wondered through each floor just to enjoy the interior design. Such a high quality place. The cafe is amazing on the ground floor. And the bar on the rooftop. I absolutely loved this place.

This hotel overlooks Tegnérlunden Park, 492 feet from the Drottninggatan shopping street and 10 minutes’ walk from Stockholm Central Station. It offers free WiFi, a bar and SPA & gym. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location and chilled boutique vibe. Breakfast was very good!
