Every single staff member was cheerful, always smiling, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The free parking is very close to the hotel and there were always free spots available. The location is excellent — right on the main road and easy to reach. There are restaurants and cafés right next to the hotel, and a large shopping mall is just a short walking distance away. We will definitely return to this hotel every time we visit Ljubljana!
