I tend to avoid vacations in Slovakia due to bad past experiences, but this stay pleasantly surprised me. The receptionist was amazing, exceptionally professional, and helpful. If I were the owner of the hotel, I would reward her generously because such excellent staff in hospitality is rare. The breakfast was delicious, with a decent selection, and the dinners served at the Kamzík restaurant were absolutely great. I also have to praise the restaurant staff for being very kind and attentive.

We had deluxe queen room at superior floor and the view was also great. The hotel is very clean, new, has good taste in room decorations. We were sleeping very good and the staff was very nice to us. If we will visit again Michalovce, we will definitely stay at this hotel.
