Located in El Zonte, 1.2 miles from El Zonte Beach, El Xalli Hotel has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Wow! Where do I begin? We’ve travelled all over central and South America staying in a range of hotels and we all agreed this was one of our top favourite stays. The property is beautiful- hard to not take continuous pictures. Everyone working there is so lovely and goes out of their way to look after you. They contact you via WhatsApp before your stay to start to welcome you. Special shout out to the manager (sorry we didn’t catch your name!) who was super friendly and really looked after us (even finding me another book after I finished the one I brought with me) The rooms are spacious, spotless and ac is cool and water is warm. Unfortunately, we barely spent any time in the rooms as the pool area is so comfortable. Plenty of sun beds, two pools and shade if you want it. They’ve got basic food that’s still very good and you can order from their sister property if you can’t be bothered leaving the property (which was the case for us one day!) Also to mention- food and drinks are very affordable - we ate and drank (a lot) and it worked out to about £30 per day!

El Tejado has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Suchitoto. The hotel has both free WiFi and free private parking. At the hotel, rooms include a closet. The staff was always incredibly helpful and the view of the lake is absolutely stunning.

Casaola Mizata has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Santa María Mizata. A few steps from Mizata Beach, the hotel provides a bar and barbecue facilities. We had a great experience here! Even though Booking made an error with our booking and our room wasn't available on our day of arrival the host Sergio was very kind and helpful and made sure we had a place to stay without extra costs :) The rooms are impeccable, all equipped with ac and the beds are very comfortable. The vibe at casaola is very chill, it's a great place to relax and to take a dive in the pool and also the beach is just 1 minute away Other than that the food is good and there're some good options for breakfast, lunch and dinner

Located in El Zonte, a few steps from El Zonte Beach, Almare Zonte - BeachFront Glamping Hotel has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a private beach... Unique, peaceful, clean. Staff were lovely and responsive. Enjoyed the comp breakfast and the nearby dining options. More than anything I loved the ability to see the sun rise and set over the beach there. The stars at night were incredible. I would definitely come back.

Located in La Libertad, a 16-minute walk from Playa San Blas, Sunset Surf Villa has accommodations with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. The facilities are very very nice and had a good kitchen

Located in Concepción de Ataco, 17 miles from El Imposible National Park, Casa 1800 Ataco Hotel Boutique has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. We absolutely loved the facilities. It was a beautiful stay in Ataco 1800, the views were a little bit clouded over due to burning of sugarcane & the off season. Over all the property was incredibly beautiful.

Hyatt Centric San Salvador features a fitness center, terrace, a restaurant and bar in San Salvador. The hotel its very well maintained. It offers many dining options which is always appreciated. Room was large and comfortable, clean. Staff were all super nice and helpful. If I go back to Salvador, will surely choose to stay here.
