Located in Bangkok, a 7-minute walk from Emporium Shopping Mall, SILQ Hotel & Residence provides accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness center and a garden. I stayed at SilQ Hotel and Residence from May 30 to August 19, 2025, with just a short two-week break elsewhere. For almost the entire time I was in Bangkok, SilQ truly became my second home. The property was excellent, my room was always clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the facilities were kept in very good condition. What stood out most was the wonderful staff. From my very first day, the young lady who welcomed me at check-in left a lasting impression with her sweet and charming way of speaking. Later on, whenever I spoke with her on the phone or saw her around, she gave me the same warm feeling like a caring sister who genuinely looked after me. That kindness made my stay feel truly personal and comforting. The reception and concierge team overall were also outstanding, always thoughtful and professional. As I had to limit my movements during this period (and still do now), the team went above and beyond — bringing everything I needed directly to my room. Their attentive care made my long stay so much easier and more comfortable. I often ordered breakfast to my room, and it was always delicious, beautifully presented, and a wonderful way to start each morning.

Great, welcoming staff, at the desk, restaurant, even the security guards.

Our stay at this hotel was great! The pool was incredible, offering breathtaking views that made every moment feel special. Our room was equally impressive, with large windows that allowed us to enjoy the beautiful scenery right from our bed. The breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of options to start the day on a high note. But what truly made our stay memorable was the staff, especially Mr. Tim at the reception. He went above and beyond to help us recover some belongings we accidentally left behind in our room. His dedication and effort were truly outstanding, and we’re so grateful for his kindness and professionalism.

We stayed here for 3 nights and four days with family of 4 people. Location of the hotel was excellent. Staff and their hospitality was exceptional, food choices in the breakfast were incredible and delicious. Room was sparkling clean, view was super. We loved everything about this hotel. Staff went above and beyond to help us during the entire stay. Would highly recommend it!!

Very modern, clean,and spacious. Everything felt brand new. Great breakfast with a wide variety of local and international options. The hotel put in an extra effort to make our anniversary special, which was very much appreciated! Nice pool area and dining options (we ate at the burger restaurant which had great cocktails). The complimentary shuttle bus to and from the airport is a great service too. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a fantastic option for anyone with an early flight the next day who needs to be within 20 minutes of the airport. There are additional restaurants close by and a shopping centre just up the road which is convenient.
