The place was super clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole vibe was just relaxing. The room was very comfy. Big shoutout to Dawood at the reception - absolute legend. So welcoming and helpful, always had a smile and went out of the way to make sure everything was perfect. The whole experience felt smooth and stress-free. Definitely coming back if I’m ever in the area again!

Large, beautiful, clean, and newly renovated rooms. I have nothing to complain about. The hotel’s location is perfect, right across from Galata Port, close to Istiklal and the tram station that goes to Fatih (Grand Bazaar and Mosques). The breakfast was very good, with everything you need (eggs, vegetables, fruits, jams...), and fresh products. The hotel owner is very nice. Parking is available in front of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed 6 nights at Mai Inci Hotel and had an amazing experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was tasty with a good variety, and the hotel facilities were excellent. Everything was organized, and the location is very convenient it's one minute away from the main street and near to bus stops and the red train that reaches the historical places , and it's 5 minutes away from kaleiçi marine port. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
