Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, they try to provide the information whenever required even if it is not related to the hotel ,they offered to organise our mountain trip if needed but we had our plan in place already,they were really kind . Room service was nice and rooms were neat and clean.

Location: The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the old city of Bukhara , just a short walking distance from many major historical sites. Whether you want to explore museums, mosques, old markets, or cultural landmarks, everything is very close and easily accessible. Room: The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable — ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. It was equipped with everything I needed, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom with fresh towels and toiletries. Service: What really made my stay special was the reception staff. They were outstanding — friendly, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. It felt less like staying in a hotel and more like visiting friends.

The rooms were very clean and fresh, with spotless towels and linens. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food. The atmosphere was peaceful, and I appreciated that it wasn’t too noisy. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. Another plus was the convenient location, there were several cafes and shops nearby.

Hotel staff are very helpful , allowing us to do early check-in as per request, helped to organize taxi and packed breakfast for early check-out and added extra bed as per request. We are really impressed with the hospitality.
