The rooms were very clean and fresh, with spotless towels and linens. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food. The atmosphere was peaceful, and I appreciated that it wasn’t too noisy. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. Another plus was the convenient location, there were several cafes and shops nearby.

Garnet Mir Hotel features a fitness center, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Tashkent. Providing a restaurant, the property also has a bar, as well as a sauna and a hammam. It was a great find. It is a really good, modern hotel, clean and well run. The spa and gym seem to still be developing, but you can get all you need from what's there. Friendly and helpful staff with a keen interest in improving their service.

Very welcoming members of staff, all speak several languages, polite and helpful. The location is amazing and convenient for a family stay, with lots of playgrounds and a big shopping mall close by.

Location of the hotel is very convenient. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, they try to provide the information whenever required even if it is not related to the hotel ,they offered to organise our mountain trip if needed but we had our plan in place already,they were really kind . Room service was nice and rooms were neat and clean.

We are really impressed with the hospitality.

A pleasant bonus was the balcony, offering a lovely view. The breakfasts were excellent — a wide selection of fresh and delicious food. Special thanks to the friendly and attentive staff, who were always ready to assist. The internet was fast and reliable, which is also an important factor for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for coziness and great service in Bukhara!
