You could walk in the nice neighbourhood and see autumn leaves. Find a supermarket nearby, a wine shop, a few eateries (one was open at 3 in the morning). Hotel Garnet made my first days in Tashkent amazing!

There was a good selection of fresh food for breakfast. We really enjoyed to stay there.
