The staff is beyond amazing, they were all so attentive and kind. We had such a lovely and fun Christmas celebration, 5 course meal presented with a show, the drinks were perfect and our server Kim was incredible, so sweet and kind to us ❤️ Shout-out to Olivia our customer care person, she was super helpful with relevant info and quick responses. We will definitely be back, thanks to the entire team who works there, we've rarely had such a fantastic hotel stay. If you're looking for a place to go in Ho Chi Minh, La siesta is the place to be. They had a photographer at the Christmas event, the day after we came back to printed photos in frames in our room ❤️❤️❤️

In a prime location in Hanoi, Le Premier Hotel & Rooftop Bar provides a buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. This 4-star hotel offers a tour desk and luggage storage space. Perfect location. The staff and service was fantastic, especially Lily, who helped with very well priced airport transfers and any other requests we had. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the whole feel of the hotel, breakfast, everything was excellent. We fully recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

In a prime location in Hanoi, CLASSYC Hotel provides air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a fitness center. My daughter and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Initially, I was a bit nervous about traveling alone with just my daughter, but this hotel made us feel completely safe and cared for. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. The breakfast options were wonderful, plenty of variety and everything was delicious. The room was modern, clean, and extremely comfortable, so much so that my daughter didn’t want to leave! Location is close to the lake too. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, safe, and welcoming stay. Kudos to Sunny for helping us with the tours. We will definitely be back.
