In a prime location in Hanoi, CLASSYC Hotel provides air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a fitness center. Overall, the experience was a 10/10. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. They went above and beyond by gifting us a voucher for the bar and even allowing us to use a room to shower before heading to the airport — a truly thoughtful gesture. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed every detail and felt right at home. The facilities were excellent. The pool offered stunning views and a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant was also a highlight — both dinner and breakfast were delicious and perfectly prepared. And the underground bar is a must if you enjoy live music; we caught a performance there and absolutely loved it. To summarize, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place. We would definitely come back.

Attractively set in Hanoi, Amara Hanoi Hotel and Spa provides 4-star accommodations close to Thang Long Water Puppet Theater and Hoan Kiem Lake. Plenty of restaurants, shops, etc in close proximity. Staff were really helpful and even went out of their way to assist us when one of our cases didn't arrive.

Located in Hoi An and with Hoi An Historic Museum reachable within a 5-minute walk, THUY DUONG 3 Boutique Hotel & Spa provides concierge services, non-smoking rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free... The staff were very friendly and helpful even though we only stayed 1 night, they introduced us to the old town and local food as well as places to visit, Thy Thy did a great job!
