everything was great! there was ample choice at breakfast but also not too much stuff that would go to waste, so I appreciate that. the room very clean and comfortable as well and the staff was very nice.

The location is excellent, just 1 min walk from the train station. Highly recommend travelers taking public transport. Room is clean and the view is stunning. All the staff were friendly and helpful especially Susan! Even the restaurant food tasted perfect for us! I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends if they plan to visit Montreux.

Exceptional location. Even the Fairmont Montreux Palace does not have this extraordinary location, quiet, right on the water with a breath taking view, and a terrasse next to the lake walking path. No noisy street between the hotel and the lake. Some renovated rooms, good breakfasts, good restaurant Very pleasant staff willing to help, especially Estelle and Rosemarie at the reception. Gorgeous sunrise and sunsets from our balcony on the 3rd floor.

wonderful place and beautiful hotel, lakeside, inner swimming pool (size and design can be regarded as very professional for hotel), flowers and art statues lake road, room at 5th floor, could be described as the room with beautiful scene and lovely balcony. All staffs and service are the best. Historic design lobby and restaurant. Local bus or train are easy to accessible. Walking at lake road is fantastic feeling.

The villa seemed to be closed so we were upgraded to a 5* star room. Great surprise. I especially enjoyed the wellness terace and bathing in the lake.
